POWERFUL

In Powerful, you will transform your relationship to work, your relationship with yourself and your loved ones, and your relationship to others.

My clients have learned to understand their needs and prioritize themselves, set up supportive habits and coping mechanisms, made impacts on corporate culture, built confidence, and negotiated 10k increases at a new dream job.

They’ve also developed a stronger sense of self, woken up feeling invigorated, and developed and enforced boundaries that have increased their overall life satisfaction. And while 10k raises are always welcomed, the transformation that you’ll see once you prioritize taking care of yourself is truly priceless.

Do you ever take a step back, look at your career and think—“is this it? I worked so hard for this, isn’t it supposed to feel better?” If you’re like me, you probably dreamed about your career for years, and put in work to get where you are.

But if you’re here, it’s likely because you’re tired. You’re tired of feeling burned out, under-appreciated, and of the loud inner critic that lives rent-free in your head.

Maybe you find yourself numbing out in front of Netflix or TikTok at the end of every day, going to bed way too late, and waking up with dread to the sound of your alarm clock.

Maybe you’re pushing through near-constant burnout symptoms, with no idea of how to actually feel better.

Even though there are moments that feel great, you often find yourself struggling with confidence, burnout, and connecting to the motivation you once had.

But you’re also here because you want to feel closer to yourself than ever before.

You’re ready for your confidence and self-love to skyrocket.

You’re ready to feel good in your career. Maybe you want to change jobs, get promoted, or to negotiate the highest salary you’ve ever received.

You’re ready to get more recognition and step into that badass, “I can do this; I deserve this” energy.

You know life can and should feel better than this. And you're ready to build something you're excited to wake up to every day.

If this is you....

Does any of this sound familiar? If so, I get it—that’s the place I was in (and worse) when I decided to uproot my highly-coveted, extremely prestigious career in law.

I had everything I was supposed to want.

I had all of the accolades and admiration from the top-of-the-top. I was working on newsworthy, multi-million dollar cases and making multiple 6 figures all before I hit 30. I had my own, huge office in midtown Manhattan. People were beyond impressed when I told them what I did.

For a while, it felt amazing. I felt like I had finally made it after years of working to prove myself. But that feeling wore off pretty quickly.

I started to lose motivation, felt more and more exhausted, and was constantly dealing with health problems. For a while, I ignored it and pushed through. But eventually, I had to face it. I was unhappy with my career. And I was burning out—hard. You could see it in my eyes.

That was a hard pill to swallow. Personally, I dreamt of being successful way more than I dreamt of getting married. I had wanted to be a lawyer since I was 9. I envisioned myself as a boss commanding boardrooms while simultaneously changing the world. And I worked tirelessly to get there.

But the reality for me was much different than I’d imagined. I found myself unsatisfied, walking a path that others laid out for me.

I was struggling with imposter syndrome, burnout, and a complete lack of clarity on how to make the changes I needed to feel happier.

I had no tools for taking care of myself--I didn’t even feel connected with myself or my needs.

Here’s the thing: many of us have worked our asses off to get where we are without taking the time to ask ourselves, “Is this really what I want?”

We’re not taught to ask ourselves: How do I want to feel today? What isn’t working for me? How do I implement changes without getting overwhelmed and giving up?

That’s why I created Powerful. To help us ask and answer the hard questions, and set up the environment we need to thrive--in an accessible, supportive, uplifting atmosphere, where you'll get the support and accountability you need to actually implement changes.

It is built to help you set yourself up to actually be fulfilled. It is built to help you identify and release the shit that’s holding you back. It will help you implement changes that will actually move the needle.

You will build self-connection and self-confidence. You will learn to set boundaries. You will learn to talk back to your inner critic, and step into your power.

Take it from me—you don’t want to wait until you are completely burned out to start making shifts toward a happier career and life.

Don't just take it from me...

"I started working with Rhia at a point in my career where I was noticing feeling burnt out and like my confidence had been dwindling, in a work environment where I was struggling with navigating how to set healthy boundaries...

Rhia helped me navigate my own internal "pain points." Helping me identify and delve into what was causing me to feel less confident, why I might be struggling in certain areas, and how I might confront external causes, all while developing my own internal voice to overcome the complexities of navigating the workplace."

"Rhia is wonderful! She truly understands what it is like dealing with toxic work culture as she herself has been through it. She is an advocate for women and great at what she does. Her last workshop I attended was free and was very helpful and a great way to connect with other women of all backgrounds. If you are looking for a career coach who is going to listen, encourage, and support you, look no further!"

Don't just take it from me...

"Working with Rhia through these workshops has been transformative to say the least. Absolutely life changing, the workshops are so well laid out, easy to follow, and so informative. Amazing guidance on how to make changes big and small in your life and they work!!! DO NOT sleep on these workshops you will not regret it!"

"I found that I was able to create real structure for myself out of work to foster my needs (I can't believe I have gone this long without a solid morning routine, it has been life changing)," identify "how to comfort myself in the moment when issues arose at work by creating habits to process toxic behavior without letting it weigh me down, and how to directly confront toxic behavior that was clearly impacting my ability to successfully do my job.

Rhia has been a tremendous resource for me in helping me develop tools and skills I am sure are going to serve me throughout my career, and generally in life."
